What to expect:
Before: Heidi will send preparation guidelines when you book. Avoid blood thinners, alcohol and sun exposure in the days prior. Arrive with clean skin and no makeup in the treatment area.
After: Expect minimal downtime. Angel Removal requires just 24 hours. Other services have light aftercare instructions Heidi will provide at your appointment.
Weeks to months: Results settle over the first few weeks as pigment softens to its true color. A perfecting touch-up is included for brows and lips at six to eight weeks. Full results last one to three years depending on the service and your skin type.

Heidi Nymark is a Norwegian-American beauty artist with over fifteen years in the fashion and beauty industry. Known for creating a healthy, effortless glow, her aesthetic is minimal with an edge: luminous, natural results using clean and botanical-forward products whenever possible. She has trained with Laura Mercier, Trish McEvoy and Bumble & Bumble. Her advertising client portfolio includes Nike, Dakine, Athleta, Sorel, Gap, Abercrombie & Fitch and Nordstrom.
Inspired by her Scandinavian heritage and rooted in nature, Heidi channels that same philosophy into her permanent makeup work — refined, intentional treatments that enhance what's already there rather than overwrite it. She is the founder of SULA, her permanent makeup and clean beauty practice, and she brings that ethos to every appointment at Inclusive Aesthetics.
Heidi's brow work uses microblading - known as hairstrokes - to place individual pigment strokes beneath the skin's surface with a fine manual tool. The result is a fuller, more defined, natural-looking brow. Not drawn on, not filled in, but grown in.
Ideal for sparse brows, gaps, overplucked arches or anyone tired of filling them in every morning. Heidi offers two approaches — Airy for a soft, diffused look and Natural for a slightly more defined result — both designed to complement your features rather than overpower them.
Results last one to three years. The initial session runs approximately three hours with a perfecting touch-up at six to eight weeks. Best suited to dry and normal skin types.
Heidi's lash line treatment places pigment between the lashes rather than above them, creating the appearance of a naturally dense and full lash line that reads as your own lashes, only better.
The result is softer and more natural than traditional permanent eyeliner. No harsh line, no smudging, no effort. Just beautifully defined eyes from the moment you open them. Using a digital cosmetic tattoo machine, Heidi works with precision and care to ensure the result is subtle, flattering and completely wearable every day. Lasts up to two years.
Heidi's lip treatment uses the Aquarelle method, a single-needle technique that adds a wash of soft natural color to the lips while correcting asymmetry and gently enhancing shape and fullness. The effect looks like healthy, flushed lips - not lipstick, not liner, just lips that look naturally pigmented and perfectly defined.
Because Heidi approaches color as a makeup artist first, she custom blends each pigment to your specific skin tone and undertones. The result is color that reads as yours. Results last one to two years with proper care.
Not all permanent makeup ages the way we'd hope. If you're living with old work that has shifted in color, lost its shape or simply no longer reflects who you are, Heidi offers Angel Removal, a safe, non-invasive and manual technique designed specifically for removing or correcting permanent makeup and small tattoos, particularly on the brows.
Unlike laser removal, Angel Removal uses an antioxidant fruit acid formula to gently lift pigment to the skin's surface with minimal scabbing and just 24 hours of downtime. It works on all pigment colors and is effective for both full removal and color correction of existing work that needs updating.
