Welcome to Inclusive Aesthetics. By booking an appointment, using our website or receiving care at our clinic, you agree to the policies below. These terms help us provide safe, timely and high-quality care for every client.
Appointments & Scheduling
Booking Requirements
A credit card is required to hold all appointments. Your card will only be charged according to the cancellation and no-show policies outlined below.
Arrival Times
Please arrive a few minutes early to check in and complete any required forms or updates. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment so we do not disrupt the next client’s visit. Late arrivals that require rescheduling will be charged 50% of the service fee.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policies
We understand that schedules change. To help us offer timely appointments to all clients, please review the following:

Cancellations or rescheduled appointments with less than 48 hours’ notice may incur a $75 late-cancellation fee.

No-shows (missing your appointment without notice) will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled by calling the clinic during business hours.

These policies help cover the cost of the reserved appointment time that cannot be filled on short notice.
Sick Policy
If you are feeling unwell or experiencing any COVID or Flu related symptoms before your appointment, please call to reschedule. Your health and the health of our staff and other clients is our priority.
Refunds & Returns
Services
All services are final sale. Because treatment results are influenced by individual factors outside our control (skin type, routine, lifestyle, medical history, etc.), we cannot offer refunds or credits. We are always happy to adjust treatment plans moving forward.
Products
Skincare products are also final sale. For any product-related questions or concerns, please reach out; we can help determine whether the product is being used correctly or recommend alternatives if needed.
Medical Treatment & Eligibility
All treatments are performed only after a consultation to confirm candidacy and suitability. Your provider may recommend alternative options or decline treatment if it is not in your best medical interest. Clients must disclose accurate medical history, medications and skin conditions to ensure safe treatment.
Children & Guests
For safety and focus, children under 12 must be supervised by another adult and may not accompany you into the treatment room. Additional guests may be limited depending on room size and treatment type.
Pricing
Service prices, promotions and availability may change at any time. Package pricing, specials and membership discounts (if applicable) must be used within the stated timelines.
