HORMONE REPLACEMENT THERAPY
Whole-person women’s health care for perimenopause through post-menopause. We begin with a private consultation to understand your symptoms, health history and goals, then determine together whether bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) is appropriate.
When BHRT is part of your plan, we use the lowest effective dose and adjust gradually based on how you feel, symptom tracking and lab results. When it’s not the right fit, we outline non-hormonal options that support energy, mood, sleep, sexual health and long-term bone and heart health.
The goal is simple: care that respects your body, fits your life and helps you feel like yourself again.

What treatments are offered?
We offer women’s health care focused on hormone balance and symptom management, including bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) when appropriate. Care may also include non-hormonal strategies, targeted supplements and lifestyle guidance. Preventive services such as breast exams and Pap smears are available.
For patients not eligible for community care programs, we offer cash-pay visits, with lab work billed through insurance when applicable.
How does bioidentical hormone therapy (BHRT) work?
Bioidentical hormones are chemically identical to those produced by the human body. When used, dosing is individualized and monitored through symptoms, lab work and follow-up visits.
Compounded options may be used with medical oversight when appropriate. Risks, benefits and alternatives are reviewed before starting any therapy.

Safety, Monitoring and Follow-Up
Hormone therapy is not one-size-fits-all. We prioritize informed consent, conservative dosing and regular follow-up. Labs, symptom tracking and check-ins guide adjustments over time. If hormone therapy is not appropriate, alternative options are discussed.
