Grace Grymes Chapman, DNP (Doctor of Nursing Practice),
Owner & Nurse Practitioner
Known for her gentle touch and clear communication, Grace focuses on treatments that fit your goals, tone and timeline, not trends. She believes great results come from conservative dosing, honest expectations and long-term planning. Her commitment to inclusivity includes providing care for underserved, uninsured and undocumented women through community partnerships.
Care here is clinician-led — not sales-driven. Grace brings 30 years of healthcare experience and more than 20 years as a nurse practitioner, blending advanced clinical training with a calm, approachable style of care. Her background spans women’s health, preventive care and medical aesthetics, and she holds specialized training in safe laser and skincare protocols for skin of color.

Blanca specializes in natural, balanced results using advanced techniques for injectables, skin rejuvenation and facial harmonization.
Her primary focus is helping patients look and feel their best, inside and out.
Lynn Borge-Jouini
RN & Aesthetic Injector
Lynn is a Registered Nurse and Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist (CANS) with nearly 20 years in healthcare and 10+ in aesthetic medicine. Trained through the Euro Institute of Skin Care, the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and alongside some of Seattle's leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons, she specializes in injectables, lasers and advanced skincare.
Her focus is natural, healthy results. She believes beautiful skin starts with understanding the skin being treated, and that trust and long-term skin health matter more than any trend.
Heidi Nymark
Permanent Makeup Specialist
Heidi is an internationally recognized hair and makeup artist and permanent makeup specialist with 15+ years in the fashion and beauty industry. Trained by Laura Mercier and Trish McEvoy, she is known for refined, natural results rooted in a clean, botanical approach.
She offers brow enhancements, lash line enhancement, soft lip blush and Angel Removal exclusively at Inclusive Aesthetics a few days each month.
Jasmine Zeng
RN & Esthetician
Jasmine is a perioperative Registered Nurse and licensed esthetician with over six years of experience and a specialty in lash extensions.
A Seattle native with a lifelong love of beauty, she is now expanding into aesthetic medicine, bringing the precision and clinical care of the operating room to every treatment.
Her approach blends technical skill with an eye for beauty and a warm, compassionate touch. Her goal is simple: every client should leave feeling confident and refreshed, because when you look good, you feel good.
