Planning IVs around other treatments
We don’t usually schedule an IV on the same day as another treatment, like injectables, laser or microneedling, until you’ve had your first consultation with Blanca. Once she knows your history, combining visits may be an option. Ask when you book.
Is IV therapy right for you?
IV therapy isn’t right for everyone. Certain heart and kidney conditions, some medications, pregnancy and other health factors can affect whether an IV is safe for you. That’s why every new client starts with a screening. If you have a medical condition, tell us when you book so we can plan for it.

start with a consultation
If you’re curious about IV therapy, book a consultation with Blanca. We’ll look at your history and tell you plainly whether it’s worth it for you.

IV Therapy
Inclusive Aesthetics offers IV therapy and vitamin injections in Normandy Park, WA. Every IV is given by Blanca Vazquez, RN, in a private, comfortable room, and it starts with a look at your health history, not a menu.
IVs are popular, and they aren’t magic. They’re a fast way to deliver fluids and nutrients straight into your bloodstream. Some people feel a real difference. Others don’t need them at all. We’ll tell you which one we think you are.

What treatments are offered?
Hydration IVs. Fluids and electrolytes for when you’re run down, recovering from travel or a long week, or just not drinking enough water.
Vitamin IVs and injections. Vitamins given by IV or as a quick injection, chosen based on your history and goals.
NAD+. A coenzyme your cells use to make energy. NAD+ is given slowly by IV, so these sessions run longer.
We don’t offer iron infusions.
How does it work?
An IV sends fluids and nutrients directly into a vein, so your body doesn’t have to absorb them through your stomach first. A vitamin injection does something similar in a few seconds, through a small shot into the muscle.
Before your first IV, Blanca goes over your health history, medications and what you’re hoping to feel, and checks your vitals. Grace Grymes Chapman, DNP, reviews and orders your treatment. If an IV isn’t a good fit for you, we’ll say so.
Benefits:
People most often come in for:
-
Rehydration after illness, travel, a hard workout or a long week
-
Topping up vitamins as part of a broader wellness plan
-
Time to sit still for an hour in a quiet room
Results vary, and how you feel afterward depends on your health, your hydration and what you received.
What to expect:
Your first visit. A health screening with Blanca, including your history, current medications and vitals.
The IV. A small catheter goes into a vein in your arm. Most drips take about 45 minutes to an hour. NAD+ takes longer, since it’s given slowly.
Afterward. Most people go right back to their day. Some notice a cool feeling in the arm during the drip or mild soreness at the site afterward.
