Meet the Team Behind Inclusive Aesthetics in Normandy Park
When you choose a med spa in Normandy Park, or anywhere in South King County, you are not really choosing a treatment. You are choosing a person. Someone who will look at your face, your skin and your health history and decide what you need and, just as importantly, what you do not.
We asked every member of the Inclusive Aesthetics team the same set of questions. How did you get into this work. What do you treat most. What do you wish clients knew. They answered separately, on their own time, without seeing each other’s responses. All of them said nearly the same thing.
The one thing every provider here said
Some version of this: I will probably recommend less than you came in asking for.
Lynn said she might tell you that you do not need what you came in for. Jasmine said clients are often surprised when she recommends less treatment than they expected. Blanca said the same and added that more product does not equal better results. Grace said she likes to be honest with clients and can say no when it is needed.
Four providers, four different training paths, one answer. That is not a coincidence and it is not a tagline. It is the clinical standard this practice was built on. Conservative dosing. Placement over volume. Structure before filler. Honest timelines instead of a bigger number at checkout.

If you have ever left a consultation feeling sold to, that is the difference you will notice first.
Grace Grymes Chapman, DNP, Owner and Nurse Practitioner
Best known for: women’s health exams, neurotoxin treatments and laser treatments
Grace has spent 30 years in healthcare and more than 20 as a nurse practitioner. She started as a medical assistant, went straight to nursing school, then to nurse practitioner school, and returned a decade later for her doctorate in nursing practice.

She is direct about why. She was widowed at 30 with three very young children and needed a profession that would always be viable. She chose nursing. That history shows up in how she practices. Care here is clinician-led rather than sales-driven, and Grace is unusually willing to share her own experience in a consultation because it helps clients know she understands what they are going through.
Most of her clients come in for aging skin. They want to look refreshed and still look like themselves. What frustrates her most is how much false information patients are handed, and how many providers keep repeating it. Her answer to that is plain-language education and the willingness to say no when no is the right answer.
Her specialized training in laser and skincare protocols for skin of color is the foundation of the tone-safe approach used across the clinic. Outside the treatment room she travels regularly to stay current, and she is developing training for other providers on treating a full range of ethnicities. She is also a serious cook, a reader, a shopper, an unapologetic Hallmark movie watcher and, by her own account, completely head-over-heels for her grandchildren.

Lynn Borge-Jouini, RN, Certified Aesthetic Nurse Specialist
Best known for: full-face assessment, wrinkle relaxers, dermal filler and biostimulators
Lynn has been a nurse since 2009 and in aesthetic medicine since 2015. She started alongside a Seattle plastic surgeon and fell for the combination of anatomy, artistry and connection. She trained through the Euro Institute of Skin Care and the National Institute of Medical Aesthetics and alongside several of Seattle’s leading plastic and cosmetic surgeons.
Clients tell Lynn they look tired, then tell her in the same breath that they do not want to look too “done.” She hears it constantly. Most people can feel that something has shifted in their skin without being able to point to it, so before she talks about treatment she wants to understand what changed and why.
The misconception she runs into constantly is the assumption that the line you see is the place that needs filler. Faces do not age one feature at a time. A fold or a shadow can be coming from a change somewhere else entirely, which is why chasing lines can add volume without adding balance.
So she looks at the whole face and builds a plan rather than treating one feature in isolation. Placement over amount. Structure before volume. Knowing when enough is enough. Sometimes the best plan is doing less, waiting or thinking in longer arcs. When she is not at the clinic she is usually with her husband and their two boys, traveling or visiting family in France, Tunisia and Las Vegas.
Blanca Vazquez, RN and Esthetician
Best known for: facial balancing, neurotoxin treatments, microneedling and chemical peels
Blanca has been a registered nurse for several years and has specialized in aesthetic medicine since 2020. She came to it because it let her put science and artistry in the same room.

Most of her clients want to age gracefully. They are looking to soften fine lines, improve skin quality, restore volume or simply look refreshed without looking like they have had work done. She builds personalized plans that improve skin health while enhancing natural features rather than rearranging them.
The misconception she pushes back on hardest is the idea that more product means better results. Subtle, strategic treatment almost always produces the most beautiful outcome. She is also the loudest voice at the clinic on skincare, because healthy skin is the foundation every other treatment sits on.
Like the rest of the team, she will often recommend less than you expected, and she will tell you outright if a treatment is not the right fit and point you toward something that will get you closer to your goal. Outside the clinic she is with her daughter, staying active, exploring the Pacific Northwest and steadily adding to her training.

Jasmine Zeng, RN and Licensed Esthetician
Best known for: neurotoxin treatments and lash extensions
Jasmine came into aesthetics from two directions at once. She has been a licensed esthetician for more than six years with a specialty in lash extensions, and she works as a perioperative registered nurse, which is to say she spends her clinical hours in an operating room where patient safety and attention to detail are not optional. Aesthetic medicine is the newer chapter, and it is the natural place those two backgrounds meet.
Most of her clients come in about forehead lines and the 11s between the brows. The fear she hears most often is that neurotoxin will cause a droopy eyelid. Ptosis is a real risk, but it is uncommon when treatment is performed with proper technique, appropriate dosing and a thorough understanding of facial anatomy. Her approach is conservative and individualized for exactly that reason.
Clients are frequently surprised when she recommends less treatment than they came in expecting. Her philosophy is short: enhance, do not change. When she is not working she is with the people she loves, trying new restaurants, exploring somewhere new or moving her body on a nature walk or in a heated pilates class.
Not sure who to book with?
You do not have to figure this out before you call. Start with a consult and we will match you.
That said, here is the short version:
• Women’s health exams, hormone care or a laser plan for deeper skin tones: Grace
• You look tired and you cannot name why, or you want a full-face plan rather than one syringe: Lynn
• Skin quality, texture and tone alongside injectables, or you want to build a real skincare routine: Blanca
• First neurotoxin treatment, forehead lines or 11s, or lash extensions: Jasmine
What all of them share
Different training. Different specialties. Same set of non-negotiables.
• Tone-safe protocols built for every skin type and tone, not adapted after the fact
• Conservative dosing and honest timelines
• Plain-language education instead of jargon
• A treatment plan matched to your goals rather than a menu handed to everyone
• A real answer when the honest answer is not yet, or not this
That last one is the whole thing. It is why four people who trained in four different places gave us the same response to the same question.
